Short answer: Mistfall Hunter has been patched aggressively since launch — six notable updates in three weeks, including a full new mode (Soul Harvest) and two major balance passes. The timeline below is the complete record.

August 19, 2026 — Live Update

Scavenger Squad refresh fix: Scavenger Squad materials now properly refresh after rewards are claimed, resolving the stuck-refresh issue players reported. Shipped alongside a batch of smaller known-issue fixes.

August 13–14, 2026 — Server Stability Hotfixes

Back-to-back hotfixes addressing the server lag and rubber-banding that spiked after the Soul Harvest launch. Matchmaking stability and in-match latency were the focus; the developers acknowledged the issues publicly in Discord.

August 12, 2026 — Soul Harvest

The first major content update, and the biggest shake-up since launch:

Soul Harvest mode added — a new way to play alongside the standard extraction loop.
New Fate Chart stage added to progression.
Major balance pass on Blackarrow, Sorcerer and Shadowstrix — the changes behind the current tier list.
Wave 3 of the launch mail rewards ended the same day.

August 7, 2026 — Focused Bug Fix

Fixed the Focused affix behaving incorrectly after the August 6 patch — charge-speed bonuses now apply as described. A small patch, but a meaningful one for charge-heavy builds like Hammer Mercenary.

August 6, 2026 — Balance & PvE Pass

Blackarrow adjusted down — the first nerf to the class that topped both queues. It remains S-tier after the change.
Dried Flower Knot item behavior updated.
Einherjar Mist Lord encounter adjustments.

July 30, 2026 — Launch Patch

The day-one patch alongside release:

Withered Knight's Polearm & Shield buffed — the change that turned it from the weakest launch stance into a trio A-tier control pick (see the Withered Knight build).
General stability and matchmaking fixes for launch-day load.
